Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga

Government and Community

Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is recognised nationally and internationally as a model of success. As the mandated leader of Kahungunu ki Heretaunga, we have been working alongside the whānau of Heretaunga for the past 33 years, offering medical, dental and other health promotion alongside youth, social and education programmes. We lead marae and community development, and support our communities through political advocacy. Our extensive campus in Orchard Road, Hastings, is home base for around 300 staff, of whom 80 percent are Māori. We are family-focused and values-driven.

Strong Whānau, Vibrant Communities.

"We were with GSB when I started as procurement officer over 4 years ago. So, when it changed to n3, we rolled with it."

"Our Trust gets great discounts on our trading accounts with n3 suppliers we often purchase from. n3 also provides access to discounts from n3 suppliers that we may not always use, but we have a foot in the door with our Trade Card."

"As the procurement officer, I have been able to maintain great relationships with our n3 supplier account managers over the last 4 years, in particular; OfficeMax, Noel Leeming and NZ Safety Blackwoods."

"The things I like about n3 are the great specials and bargains we get, along with everyday competitive pricing; as well as the n3 Trade Card and Employee Benefits. It's rewarding to help our staff with better pricing and deals through our n3 membership."
