Quality Roading & Services is 100% owned by Wairoa District Council (WDC), and specialises in the construction and maintenance of all types of civil construction, infrastructure and roading. Employing 95 staff, QRS has a wealth of civil engineering knowledge, expertise and experience. They are responsible for maintenance of the Waitoa District and wider east coast region's unsealed road network; they manage a number of local quarries; as well as contract for local civil construction projects.
