FAQs

Membership is free for ProCare Co-operative Members.

As an n3 Member, you will have access to 50+ Suppliers. We have Suppliers in a wide range of categories that can provide you with goods and services including but not limited to stationery, gas, worksafe training, chemicals, hygiene, building supplies and materials, accountancy, safety equipment, tyres, glass, technology, furniture, maintenance supplies, fuel and more.

  • Discounts for business purchases through On Account trading and Trade Card for cash purchases
  • Monthly reporting of your spend and save figures
  • Dedicated n3 account manager
  • Website access to manage your membership

The Trade Card is only to be used for business purchases.

Let us know who your current Suppliers are – we might already have contracts with them. If we do, we can compare n3 pricing to your current pricing, and we will only link your account if it is beneficial, and you will get a better deal. If we don’t have a contract with your current Supplier, we may be able to provide an alternative n3 Supplier that you can trade with.

Once you open or link an account with an n3 Supplier, you deal with them directly. The Supplier will automatically apply your n3 discounts, and you will receive a monthly invoice directly from each Supplier for the goods and services you have purchased. It couldn’t be easier!

*The savings shown represent 2023 calendar year. Sample based on Members who use 3 or more n3 Suppliers on-account. Savings are indicative only, and based on typical n3 Member savings and/or Supplier tender responses from a combination of list price, trade price or RRP depending on category. Individual Member savings will vary depending on basket of goods purchased.

** To be eligible to join the n3 business buying group with ProCare, the medical practice must be a ProCare Co-operative Member. Activation of the ProCare buying group, in partnership with n3, must be used within 12 months from the date of activation.
