How to trade with n3 Suppliers during COVID-19.



We hope you’re staying safe during these challenging times. We're still here to help, and our team is working remotely if you need anything from us.

At n3, we want to ensure all of our Members continue to get great pricing on the products and services they need. We have been working with our Suppliers to set up special online pricing with some of our Suppliers as well as getting updates from them around other ways to purchase during each Alert Level.

Alsco will be back to Business As Usual from 29th of May. Client Managers will be back and concentrating on existing clients initially - changes to services / alternative frequencies etc.

Avis & Budget

Rental vehicles are available for essential service workers and essential personal movement within the local area.

  • Avis & Budget staff are working reduced hours so 24 hours notice is preferred for bookings to ensure staff are available. Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will need the reservations centre or travel management company to check with the branch manager.
  • At provincial airports where the normal counters are closed, collection will be from the service depot nearby. Please provide your mobile number when booking in case of any location changes.
  • Where booths are open in the car park, a 'one in one out' policy will be in place with clearly designated entry and exit doors.

All Bunnings stores now open at Alert Level 2.

n3 members can also access n3 pricing by emailing sales@bunnings.co.nz with order details, customer name, and identifying as n3 member.

If no account, please state you wish to use n3 Trade Card. Bunnings commercial team will process all orders for n3 members.






Bunzl will be operating under Level 2, please note there will be some product restrictions.

Ecolab ordering and deliveries are operating as usual.

  • Territory Managers are available, please contact them via phone or email.
  • Some products have high demand - some SKU's may experience short delay in delivery.
  • Critical service call will be carried out on request.

With the move to Level 2 on Thursday 14th May, the process below should be followed for sites wanting to restart their milk delivery (this process could change as the situation evolves).

1. Make direct contact with your milk franchisee via email to advise the date they need their milk delivery to restart.
2. If a change in previous standing order is required, please complete the form below and send it to your milk franchisee.
3. At least 48 hour's notice (2 business days) is required for restart of milk delivery.
4. Your milk franchisee will work case by case where practical and fair with those with urgent change request as the situation evolves.
5. Please ensure you have your customer number handy when contacting your milk franchisee.

Milk franchisees will endeavour to do their best to accommodate customer restart dates; however, there will be a time when things fall through. Fonterra asks that their customers be kind and understanding, check in with your milk franchisee if you need to.

If you require your milk franchisee's details, please contact your n3 Account Manager.

If you require a change in the previous standing order, fill in this form and return to your milk franchisee.



Ideal Electrical 

All Ideal Electrical branches except Waiheke and Tokoroa are open 7:30 - 5pm Monday - Friday, closed on Saturday except for essential call-outs.

Just Water 

Just Water will be able to make deliveries once businesses return to their premises, essential services supply will continue.

They will also respond to call-outs for servicing, however regular servicing schedules will not be resumed until Alert Level 2.

    • Branches will be open for store pick ups, but there will be no cash sales.



    Mico branches will be open for On-Account or Cash Customers using your n3 Trade Card - access will be via trade entrances and showroom doors will remain closed.

    • To place an order, call or email your local branch and identify yourself as an n3 Member.
    • Provide your Account number or Trade Card number as a reference on your order.
    • Provide details of your order items and note whether you will Click and Collect or would like your order to be Delivered.
    • Payment can be made over the phone or via contactless payment at the branch when collecting your order.
    • Have your n3 Trade Card ready to show at collection.

    Modern Office is now open and able to process n3 pricing for members as normal.

    Courier pickups can be booked online. Contact New Zealand Couriers directly to restart PO Box pickups and dedicated services.

    • Delivery priority in order of importance is medical, pharmaceutical, educational and perishables - where essentials can be prioritised, they will be.
    • Delivery times may be longer than usual, especially for residential areas, so allow time for this when sending.
    • Please allow space for contactless delivery and pickup when restarting businesses

    NZ Safety Blackwoods branches and Trade Centres are now open.

    • On Account and Trade Card purchases allowed in-store with card payments.
    • Please remember to have patience on order delivery as the warehouse and delivery teams operate under continued working restrictions to fulfil a much larger number of orders.
    • Please note that there are some items which will remain restricted but are noted online. These will not be available in-store.

    Safe365 have been working around the clock to bring all SME businesses a FREE health and safety smartphone app to support remote ways of working during COVID-19.

    The app includes:

    Shop in-store at Torpedo7 during Alert Level 2. Stores will be open using safe shopping practices to ensure your safety and that of Torpedo7 staff. You'll notice changes such as limits on the number of people who can be inside at any one time, staff may wear protective gear, and staff will maintain a 'safe' distance from customers. You may also be asked for information to help them contact trace.
