How to trade with n3 Suppliers during COVID-19 Alert Level 3.

 

 

Below is an update on how to trade with n3 Suppliers at Alert Level 3. This information is based on what we have received from Suppliers previously, please check directly with the Supplier and on their websites as their ways of trading may have changed.

Select locations will be open under reduced operating hours, to provide vehicles for essential services and permitted purposes only as defined by the New Zealand Government. Vehicles can only be taken out of/into Auckland by those who are approved workers, needing to get back to they normally live (including going to the airport for flights), with an exemption from the Director General of Health or required to travel for a Court Order
Customers who currently have rental vehicles are encouraged to keep these for the duration of the level 4 and 3 lockdowns, but contactless returns can be arranged at selected rental locations. BP are currently operating as below under Level Three and Four of the COVID-19 Alert system at bp Connect sites nationwide:

  • BP Truckstops operating as normal
  • BP Sites are operating with open doors during normal operating hours
  • Customer numbers are restricted in store
  • Customer toilets remain open at BP connect / Wildbean sites
  • The Wild Bean Cafe menu (including cabinet food and hot drinks) is not currently available and cafe seating areas are closed. Packaged food options and shop items continue to be available
  • LPG swap a bottle offer is available
  • Car washes are closed

Bunnings Warehouse


From Wednesday 22 September trade customers will now be allowed to transact in-store/on-site. To gain entry to a store or Trade Centre you will need to provide your trade credentials such as a business card, Accepted Corporate Card or PowerPass card.

All other customers, including n3 Trade Card holders, can continue to place orders for click and collect by emailing sales@bunnings.co.nz. Please include “n3 member” in the subject line, and to quote your n3 Trade Card number in the details in order to ensure you receive n3 pricing.

Please order through the Century Yuasa battery hotline (0800 93 93 93) with contactless delivery. Check their website for further details.

Fonterra

Contactless delivery in place; sites will no longer be required to sign for delivery (delivery docket and handheld system will record delivery time/date). Customers need to make direct contact with their milk franchisee via email if standing order changes are required, a miimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 business days) is required for restart of milk delivery once stopped.

Open for contactless pickup by Trade customers only, no cash transactions. Ideal Electrical prefers orders to be placed in advance. Contract tracing details will be recorded for all customers.

Open for Trade Customers only, all transactions will be contactless. Customer entry/movement will be controlled to maintain physical distancing, orders to be placed/picked up outside the building where possible, but stores will have designated order/collection points close to the entrance.     In Level 3 areas n3 members should call or email their local Resene ColorShop to place orders.

    Note: n3 offer is only available from Resene Colorshops and not Resene Resellers. See www.resene.co.nz/colorshops for your local Resene ColorShop details. You can choose to click and collect or get your order delivered by contactless delivery.

    Resene ColorShops in Level 3 areas will be open their normal hours, except for Naenae (closed) and Gore (reduced hours 9am-3pm).
