How to trade with n3 Suppliers during COVID-19 Alert Level 3.
Below is an update on how to trade with n3 Suppliers at Alert Level 3. This information is based on what we have received from Suppliers previously, please check directly with the Supplier and on their websites as their ways of trading may have changed.

Select locations will be open under reduced operating hours, to provide vehicles for essential services and permitted purposes only as defined by the New Zealand Government. Vehicles can only be taken out of/into Auckland by those who are approved workers, needing to get back to they normally live (including going to the airport for flights), with an exemption from the Director General of Health or required to travel for a Court Order

As of Sat 2nd October, all Trade Centres in New Zealand will now open on Saturdays, from 8am – 12pm.
Preference is for orders to be placed in advance and collected on arrival, but some restricted store access The best way to trade with Carters is for orders to be placed in advance and collected. Some restricted store access is available if required.
Please order through the Century Yuasa battery hotline (0800 93 93 93) with contactless delivery. Check their website for further details.
Open for contactless pickup by Trade customers only, no cash transactions. Ideal Electrical prefers orders to be placed in advance. Contract tracing details will be recorded for all customers.
Open for Trade Customers only, all transactions will be contactless. Customer entry/movement will be controlled to maintain physical distancing, orders to be placed/picked up outside the building where possible, but stores will have designated order/collection points close to the entrance. Contact tracing records will be kept.
Open for Trade Customers only (preference is for orders to be placed online, by phone or email), restricted store access, orders will be fulfilled by contactless delivery or click and collect.

In Level 3 areas n3 members should call or email their local Resene ColorShop to place orders.
Note: n3 offer is only available from Resene Colorshops and not Resene Resellers. See www.resene.co.nz/colorshops for your local Resene ColorShop details. You can choose to click and collect or get your order delivered by contactless delivery.
Resene ColorShops in Level 3 areas will be open their normal hours, except for Naenae (closed) and Gore (reduced hours 9am-3pm).

Spicers will continue to operate as an essential service. There may be delivery delays.
At Alert Level 3, all stores are closed to the public for everyday shopping. Our full range of products is available online for either delivery or contactless Click & Collect.
