How to trade with n3 Suppliers during COVID-19 Alert Level 4.
Below is an update on how to trade with n3 Suppliers at Alert Level 4. The information is based on the last lockdown information received from Suppliers, please check directly with the Supplier and on their websites as their ways of trading may have changed.

n3 Members can email sales@bunnings.co.nz to place orders for essential items in Alert Level 4 areas. When ordering, please add "n3 member" in the subject line of any sales. Bunnings staff will advise of collection/delivery options available in each area. Service available for Trade Account holders and n3 Trade Card/app holders.
Please order through the Century Yuasa battery hotline (0800 93 93 93) with contactless delivery. Check their website for further details.
Fonterra have placed a blanket hold on all deliveries to their commercial customers, for essential services sites that still require a milk delivery, please contact your milk franchisee directly to arrange this.
Some key points below for sites where deliveries are continuing:
• Contactless delivery methods will be effective from 11:59pm on Tuesday 17 August
• Maintaining safe working distances – 2m rule still applies at the depot or stores
• The driver will remove your delivery from the delivery vehicle, wheel to a mutually agreed on location that is deemed safe.
• Our delivery teams will not be putting stock away, merchandising or rotating stock in fridges.
• Sites will no longer be required to sign the handheld unit screen & delivery docket issued.
• Essential services site to make direct contact with our milk franchisee via email to advise if standing order changes is required
At least 48 hours’ notice (2 business days) is required for restart of milk delivery once stopped. Please contact your Anchor Franchisee directly with any questions.
